The proposed design is a mix of a 250 room hotel, 75 service apartments, offices, conference facilities, retail and residential to create a world class destination. The hotel and service apartment towers are anchored on the axis of the Teryan Street to the west corner of the site, creating a landmark and lending an identity to the development. Below the towers, the restaurant, spa and service facilities to the adjoining Class A office block.

Residential facilities in the form of luxury villas, residential condominiums and office condominiums are provided adjoining the office block. Below grade parking is provided for 600 cars for the hotel, service apartment towers and Class A office building. There is also an approximately 250 cars parking for the residents of residential condominiums, luxury villas and condominium offices. The scheme is designed as a gateway to Armenia /where the magnificent views of the city are captured from East to West.
