The project consists of a low-rise two story shopping arcade and three-square residential towers 20 story high with commanding views of the city.  The inspiration for the site plan is a traditional 'nine square’ plan.  The garden, residential towers and a curvilinear arrangement of the shopping galleria are arranged as interpretation of this historic design concept.  The main arcade roof structure is a glass skylight covered with a tent shaped shading device which recall the traditional ‘souks’ bazaars of the Middle East.
