Viplav Arora, with over 8 years of experience brings a thorough understanding of zoning, building codes, plans approval and permitting process along with preparation of construction documents, detailing and project coordination. He has worked on various projects ranging from residential, institutional, industrial, cultural to landscape and master planning projects.
Hebrings a broad understanding of compliance issues, both statutory and client specific with vivid abilities to manage stakeholder relationships though planning and consultation. Viplav has also dedicated a substantial amount of time on site honing his skills in resolving construction issues with various sub-consultants and Clients, construction methodology along with reviewing of shop drawings and responding to contractor RFIs.
