William DeMoraes brings vivid and in-depth understanding of design and building construction trades to CWA. He has more than 20 years of experience and is in charge of various ongoing projects ranging from a 10,000 sq. ft. Non-for-Profit Headquarters office relocation in Brooklyn to a 500,000 sq. ft. new Corporate Headquarters Building in India. He has proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships combined with a discerning eye for detail and uncompromising design quality.
As a team leader, William is the primary point of communication between the CWA design team, the sub-consultants, the Client, and eventually, the construction team. Prior to joining CWA, he worked extensively with Top Management at UBS Investment Bank, a Fortune 500 company executing high-end detailing for Wealth Management office implementing over 3 million sq. ft. of space planning and overseeing the design/implementation of offices in North, Central & South America, the Caribbean Islands and Hong Kong. William looked after the MFW Headquarters in Brooklyn, completed the Sundaram Tagore Gallery in Chelsea and is currently completing the Manhattan Sikh Center.
