William DeMoraes

William Demoraes, as senior associates of the firm perform various tasks as senior project manager, project coordinator and interior designer in-charge of projects. William brings in-depth understanding of design and building construction trades to CWA. He has more than 22 years of experience and oversees all ongoing projects from all stages of design to ground up construction. He has proven ability in managing stakeholder relationships combined with a discerning eye for detail and uncompromising design quality.

As a team leader, William is the primary point of communication between the Client, CWA design team, the sub-consultants, and eventually, the construction team. Prior to joining CWA, William worked extensively with senior management at UBS Investment Bank, a Fortune 500 company executing high-end detailing for the Wealth Management office implementing over 3 million sq. ft. of space planning and overseeing the design/implementation of offices in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean Islands and Hong Kong.

William is engaged at all stages of projects within CWA and assists with the day-to-day operation of CWA.
